Return from Virtual

If your child is currently enrolled in a full time virtual learning format, and you wish to extend this enrollment in the full virtual learning program you do not to complete any forms. Please note that if you’re child remains in the virtual learning program, you will not have the option to return until 3rd quarter, which begins on February 1, 2021. 

If your child is currently enrolled in a full time virtual learning format but you would like him/her to attend school in person for the 2nd quarter starting November 16th, then please complete and submit the “Return from Virtual Enrollment Form” by clicking the link below. This form must be submitted by 10/30/20 at 3pm. 

Please understand the need for a commitment when extending full distance learning or returning to in-person instruction (hybrid 7-12) for the benefit of your child as well as the instructor in maintaining continuity of instruction. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to your child’s principal.
