It is another record-breaking year for Malverne High School’s Advanced Placement students who excelled on the 2016 AP Exams taken in May. In total, 83 percent of those who took the exam scored a 3 or higher on at least one of their exams – this number is up from 66 percent last year and is 18 percent higher than the NYS average.

As a result of these stellar results, 44 past and present seniors will be recognized this fall as AP Scholars. This number includes one National AP Scholar, five AP Scholars with Distinction and eight AP Scholars with Honor. The students will be recognized at the Sept. 13 Board of Education meeting.
